彼得·马卡姆·斯科特爵士（Sir Peter Markham Scott，1909年9月14日—1989年8月29日），英国自然学家、鸟类学家、环保主义学者、艺术家、作家、冒险家。1946年11月，斯科特创建了塞维恩野禽信托组织（Severn Wildfowl Trust，现已更名为“野生动物与湿地信托组织”，the Wildlife and Wetlands Trust）。
1951年、1953年，斯科特任冰岛中央高地鸟类考察队队长。他曾赴太平洋的加拉帕加斯群岛（即科隆群岛）和印度洋的塞舌尔群岛考察，三次去南极洲考察。1961年，斯科特创建了世界野生动物基金会（the World Wildlife Fund for Nature）。1978年，由于在保护野生动物方面的卓越贡献，斯科特被授予爵位。
不仅如此，斯科特还获得了世界野生动物基金会金质奖章和保罗·盖蒂野生动物保护奖（又称“诺贝尔保护奖”）。1953～1970年，斯科特在BBC主持了关于野生动物保护的电视节目。
他还撰写了许多科普著作，如《清晨飞行》（Morning flight，1936）、《荒野的合唱》（Wild chorus，1939）、《海峡战役》（The battle of the narrow seas，1945）、《肖像画》（Portrait drawings，1949）、《世界猎鸟指南》（A Coloured Key to the Wildfowl of the World，1949）、《野鹅和爱斯基摩人》（Wild geese and Eskimos，1951）、《英国岛屿的猎鸟》（Wildfowl of the British Isles，合著，1957）、《风眼》（The eye of the wind，自传，1961）、《非洲的动物》（Animals in Africa，合著，1962）、《野生生物观测》（Observations of wildlife，1980）、《一个生物学家的旅行日志》（Travel diaries of a naturalist，1983）等。
